The mission of the InterCongregational Collaborative Novitiate (ICCN) is to provide a quality novitiate experience for novices from multiple congregations.

ICCN nurtures spiritual, relational, intellectual, and intercultural growth, fosters congregational charisms and the charism of religious life, and prepares novices for vowed apostolic religious life. This is accomplished through a program that supports ongoing discernment through a holistic, mentoring environment.

The primary objective of the formation process is to prepare people for the total consecration of themselves to God in the following of Christ, at the service of the Church's mission.
